    3 yeas ago I fell victim to spondylolisthesis. Painfull, is describing it mildly. I then went through the gamut of physio, chiro, acupuncture and finally reconciled to popping a daily nerve relaxant to... function. Then a pal suggested an old wives remedy of having gelatine. That's how I researched and experimented with fish collagen, a derivative of gelatine, easier to be absorbed by the body. Hey presto, within a month the pain reduced and 3 months down the line, pain is history! And my research also informed me that it fills up the wrinkles that ageing so kindly stamps us with. Nails and hair and teeth too strengthen. It's a win win substance. Totally recommend it!

    Collagen is fairly new to me. I began using this on the recommendation of a very close friend.
